Hey Baby Let's Go to Vegas!!!

We finally got our orders!!! We are moving to Fabulous Las Vegas!!!! woohoooo! We will be out there in early June! And if that weren't enough excitement, we just got our mortgage pre-approval letter!!!! So the house-hunting saga begins! We are soooo excited to start a new adventure! Anyone with home buying hints/tips, PLEASE share them! Love y'all!!!!

    My home-buying tip is to do the walk through VERY carefully and bring friends to do it with you! I was so excited about closing on the condo that I did the walk through walking on air and missed SO many little things that should have been fixed. Have fun house-hunting! You will have a blast! What a GREAT time to buy!

    Good luck! I just heard on 60 Minutes last night that Nevada is the number one state for home foreclosures...so you should have some great luck! Congratulations!
