today is a slow day!

I got a new laptop!!!! Yay! Ryan is so sweet! He knew it would help me immeasurably to be able to study on the go - now I can be in the same room as my destructive toddler and dog instead of trapped in the office at the computer! However, right now during Roo's naptime I am guilty of using my new toy for evil - Facebook stalking! lol! I do so love to just veg and catch up on all my friends' lives and pictures! But anyways, I figured I owe y'all an update on our life...

Dallas is getting spayed today, and we are praying it calms her down a lot! At six months old, her size and energy level are HUGE and HIGH and she is wearing me out! Roo is turning TWO next Friday, and I cannot believe it!!! On the one hand I am stunned at how quickly the past two years have gone by, and on the other hand I feel like she has been two for awhile (in attitude anyways!) lol! We are having a ladybug picnic birthday party next weekend, it should be a lot of fun! She is talking so much now, and very clearly too! Today when we dropped Dallas off she said "doggy doctor?" and I said yes, and she said "oh, doctor! Dallas all better and go home later!" I think that is very smart for a two year old! Besides that, Ryan and I are keeping busy and hoping for our orders soon so we know where we're moving in June!! I will let y'all know when they are in! Well, I hear Roo waking up, I'm gonna go get her and enjoy some time with her minus Dallas jumping all over us! TTYL!
